BizBots.in welcomes you. At BizBots.in, we provide an easy to navigate and user-friendly career portal for the legal community in India. BizBots.in is owned by Botmatrix Services Private Limited, a company registered in Bangalore, India.

TERMS OF USE

This Agreement was last revised on January 18, 2022.

1. INTRODUCTION

In this Agreement, ‘you’ means the user of this ‘Website’, also referred to as ‘User’, ‘Applicant’, ‘Advertiser’ or ‘Member’ depending on the circumstance and as described in this Agreement. ‘We’ means Botmatrix Services Private Limited (‘Botmatrix’) or ‘BizBots.in’.

1.1. Agreement

By accessing or using this website (https://BizBots.in , the “Website”) or our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be lawfully bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you wish to terminate this Agreement at any time, you can do so by no longer using our Website or Services and by deleting your account on this Website if you have one.

If you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that (a) you are legally authorized to do so, (b) the entity agrees to be legally bound by the Agreement, and (c) neither you nor the entity is barred from using the Services or accepting the Agreement under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

This Agreement governs your use of the Website and the Services. Except as otherwise specified, this Agreement does not apply to third-party products or services, which are governed by their own terms of service.

1.2. Personal Data

We will be the controllers of the personal data that is provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with our Website. As a User or Member of our Website, the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

1.3. Users and Members

Anyone accessing or using this Website is a “User”. When you register on our Website as an “Advertiser” or an “Applicant”, you become a Member. If you choose not to register on our Website, you may still have access to certain features of our Website as a User.

“Member Account” or “Account” means the account on the Website opened and held by the Member. Account held by an Applicant shall be known as “Applicant Account”; account held by an Advertiser or Recruiter shall be known as “Advertiser Account”.

Unless stated otherwise, the Sections in this Terms of Use are applicable to all Users.

1.4. Change

We may modify this Agreement or any part of this Agreement including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy from time to time. In case of material changes being made, we will notify you by suitable means such as through our Website, our Services, or through email correspondence. If you object to any changes, you may terminate your use of our Website and close/delete your Account, if you have one.

2. MEMBER ACCOUNT

2.1. Member obligations with respect to Account security

If you are a Member, you agree to: (a) use a strong password for your Account and keep it confidential; (b) not transfer any part of your Account (e.g., connections). You are responsible for anything that happens through your Account unless you close it or report misuse. You can report issues and misuse by writing to us through the ‘Contact Us’ page or by writing to us at support@mycareerbots.com.

As between you and others (including your employer), your Account belongs to you. Even if the Services were purchased by another party for you to use (e.g. Job Ad bought by your employer), they do not have rights to your personal account.

2.2. Applicants and Advertisers

Applicant Account is only meant for Indian law students and law professionals looking for opportunities and information in the legal sector. These opportunities and information include, for example, law jobs, law internships, law events, law courses, scholarship information, exam related information.

Advertiser Account is only meant for individuals representing themselves or another entity interested in advertising jobs, events, courses, to the Indian legal community and in accessing resumes of law students and professionals for the purpose of recruiting them.

If we find that you are not a genuinely interested person or you are posing as an Applicant or Advertiser but do not belong to the respective categories, we may suspend and/or delete your account and block you from creating another Account.

3. ELIGIBILITY

In using this Website and the Services, you agree that:

a) you must be at least 16 years of age or older;

b) in each category of Applicant and Advertiser, you will have not more than one account;

c) you will refrain from providing any false information on the Website, including your name, contact details, resume data and any other information

d) you will not create a User Account if you are already restricted by us from using the Website.

Creating an account with false information is a violation of this Agreement and gives us the right to suspend or delete your User Account or block you from using the Website or the Services.

If law requires that you must be older than 16 years in order for us to lawfully provide the Services to you without parental consent (including using of your personal data) then the minimum age to use the Website or the Services is such older age.

4. PAYMENT

If you buy any of our paid Services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes and to adhere to the additional terms specific to the paid Services. Payments for the Services offered by BizBots.in shall be on a 100% advance basis unless agreed otherwise. Also, you agree that:

a) Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates).

b) We may store and continue billing your payment method (e.g. credit card), to avoid interruptions in your Services and to use to pay for other Services you may buy, unless prohibited by law from doing so.

c) If you purchase a subscription, your payment method automatically will be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date.

d) All of your purchases of Paid Services are subject to our Refund Policy.

e) We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase.

You can get a copy of your invoice through your BizBots.in Account on to your registered email.

5. NOTICES AND MESSAGES

You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you in the following ways: (a) through the Service, or (b) sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

6. SERVICES

“Service” or “Services” means any service which we may offer on our Website from time to time, to our Users or Members. These are, for example, job advertisement/job search/job application service, networking and chat services, resume search/uploading service, course and events advertisement service, Discussion Forum service. Below are a few Terms of Services that are specific to Applicants (6.1) and specific to Advertisers (6.2) (together referred to as “Terms of Services”)

6.1. Specific Terms of Services for Applicants

The following terms and conditions apply to all Applicants. For the purpose of this Section, “you” means anyone registered as an “Applicant” on the Website and accessing the Website in that capacity.

a. Applicant Account and Dashboard Access

When you register as an Applicant on BizBots.in, you will have to verify your contact information through the means stated in the Website while registering. Once the verification is complete, you will have an Applicant Account through which you will have access to the Applicant Dashboard. The Dashboard may allow you to access features such as resume building, applying for and saving jobs, networking, etc. We make no warranty that the Dashboard Access will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We also do not warrant that all the features of the Dashboard will be available at all times. However, we will make all endeavours to ensure that you have uninterrupted access to the Dashboard and will fix bugs, if any, as soon as is practicable.

b. Job Ads or Job Listings

BizBots.in On this Website, we may make available certain job ads, advertising employment opportunities and other job-related content, including links to third-party websites, through the Website’s search results or otherwise. Job ads or job listings, when relating to or created and provided by third parties (parties other than Botmatrix) over whom we exercise no control, you acknowledge and understand that we have no control over the content of such ads, links to or from those job ads, or any conditions third parties might impose once an Applicant has applied or left the Website. The Job ads contained on, or linked from the Website are indexed or posted in an automated manner. We have no obligation to screen any job ads, or to include any job ads in the search results or other listings, and may exclude or remove any job ads from the Website for any reason. We cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness of any job ad or other information submitted by any Advertiser or other User, including the identity of such Advertiser or other User. We assume no responsibility, and disclaim all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any job ads, Advertiser profiles, screener questions and responses, and assessments. We may reformat job ads or listings so that Users may read them more clearly on your computer or mobile phone. All job ads, whether paid or free, are considered advertising. We display job ads based on a combination of the package purchased (or not purchased) by the Advertiser and relevance, such as search terms and other activity on the Website.

c. Resumes and Recommended Jobs

By creating a resume/ CV through the Website or by uploading a resume in the Website, you are requesting and authorizing us to make available your resume to any Advertiser that we believe may have an interest in your resume. This in turn, means that the interested Advertiser might be able to contact you. When you create or upload a resume on BizBots.in, we may share with you job listings that match the contents of your uploaded resume. The resume or application information you post, send or receive through the Website is solely your responsibility. If you see any inaccuracy in any such material, it is your responsibility to correct such information. Any information that you provide on your shared/ uploaded resume, including your contact information, may be visible to the Advertisers.

We may also automatically send you recommended jobs via the email address you use to create an Applicant Account or send them to your Account. We may determine what these recommended jobs are on the basis of a variety of factors, including but not limited to, any information you input on the Website about yourself (including in your uploaded resume), searches you run on the Website, jobs you click on, jobs you apply to, or the materials you provide in a job application to Advertiser through BizBots.in.

d. Applying to jobs through BizBots.in

Any resume or application information that you submit through the Website, including any personal data included in a resume, application or responses to screener questions and assessments, is subject to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. We may use your application materials to determine whether you may be interested in a job listing, and we may reach out to you about such job listing. We may store such information regardless of whether a job listing has been closed or is no longer available on the Website. To maintain the quality of the Website and Services, we may in our sole discretion impose limits on your ability to apply to job listings through our Website. In addition, when you indicate your interest in a job listing by clicking “Apply” or any similar references, you are requesting and authorizing us to make available such application information to the applicable Advertisers for such job listing(s).

You acknowledge and agree that Advertisers may request that we assemble your application materials, resume, answers to screener questions, assessment responses and other information you provide to us into one document, and you agree that in doing so, we assemble these application materials on your behalf. When you apply for a job on our Website you agree to our performance of automated processing in relation to your application, as, such processing is an essential part of this Agreement. Additionally, you consent to your application and any responses sent to you by the Advertiser (including offer letters) through us being processed and analyzed by us according to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

When you apply to a job, we will attempt to send your application to the contact information provided to us by an Advertiser. We cannot guarantee that such messages and applications will be delivered, received, accessed, read or acted upon. We also do not guarantee that any Advertiser will receive, be notified about, access, read or respond to any such resume or other application material, or that there will be no mistakes in the transmission or storage of the data. However, we may alert you when any of the above events occur. In addition, we cannot vouch for the validity of the contact information provided to us by the Advertisers. We also cannot vouch for the technical capabilities of any third-party sites.

You agree that we are not responsible for the content of the Advertiser’s job listings, messages, screener questions, skills assessments or their format or method of delivery. We do not guarantee the validity of a job offer and cautions Applicants to verify the validity of a job offer before taking any adverse action regarding their current employment situations. Applicants are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Advertiser or job offer.

e. Communications and Other Actions on the Website

When you view, send, store or receive materials (including job listings, resumes, and messages) through or using the Website, we may, for example, use such materials for data analysis, quality control, or to refine the Website or any other BizBots.in product or service. When an Advertiser views, sends, stores or receives materials through or using the Website, we may also inform you that an Advertiser has taken an action with regards to a job ad, your resume or your application.

In certain instances, you may receive messages, emails or email notifications corresponding with your activity on or use of the Website or Services or any other communications service, product, or feature provided on or through the Website. In all cases, such messages or notifications are provided solely as a courtesy. We may use your email address to create an alias email address for your communication, in lieu of displaying your actual email address to the Advertiser. We disclaim all warranties with regards to the transmission or storage of such courtesy notices, do not guarantee their delivery or receipt, and do not guarantee the date or time at which they may be sent. In the event a message being sent is intended for a closed account, these messages will not be deliverable.

We reserve the right to turn on or enable chat features or other communication options for select Advertisers or job listings, in our sole discretion, and to notify you that chat feature or other communication options are available for a particular job or Advertiser. We may, in our sole discretion, turn off or disable chat for any Applicant or Advertiser at any time without prior notice.

f. Applicant data

As an Applicant, you take a variety of actions on our Website. For example, you search for jobs, and we know and store the titles of jobs you search for and click on, where those jobs are located, the general salary range or experience level of the jobs you view (if indicated on the job listings), the job listings you apply to, your amount of activity or time of most recent activity on the Website, information you provide directly to BizBots.in including desired salary or past experience, or any of your other behavior on the Website. You know exactly what this data is because you are the person who undertook the activity and the data pertains only to your activity. If you have an Applicant Account or have uploaded your resume on the Website, you agree that we may associate this data with your profile and use this observed factual data to suggest jobs to you and to suggest you or your public resume to Advertisers that might be interested in a person who matches your behaviour on the Website. You also agree that we may contact you based on this observed behavior on behalf of Advertiser or BizBots.in itself.

g. Screening Tools

We may make screening tools available to Advertisers for use in the application process, including screener questions, phone screen tools and assessments. We are licensing these tools for Advertisers’ use as determined by employers. As an Applicant, you agree that the Advertiser has made the determination to use these tools as part of its application process, and the questions asked are solely determined by the Advertiser, and are not being asked by us. The Advertiser is the sole party to determine which answers will qualify a candidate and is solely responsible for the use of the screening tool including any results.

f. Blog

Any content that any individual Applicant (“Contributor”) may post on BizBots.in is subject to the terms stated here. These terms may be changed or updated at any time and they will apply to all blog posts. This includes any posts that you have already submitted to us, and any subsequent blog posts. The most current and up-to-date version of the terms for Contributors are laid out below.

i. Who can contribute to the blog

Any Applicant with a registered account on LegalBots.in can contribute to the ‘Blog’, which is subject to the terms listed here.

ii. How an Applicant can contribute to the Blog

For the purpose of contributing to the Blog, a User would be required to register as an Applicant on the Website. Further, the Applicant can make use of the ‘Write for us’ option available in the Applicant Account, in order to view the submission guidelines and steps.

iii. The parameters considered before a final decision is made regarding submissions

A submission will be considered for publication after it satisfies all the standard parameters including but not limited to:

1. Plagiarism- We take the issue of plagiarism and copyright violation seriously. All the Blogs are subjected to strict plagiarism checker.

2. Quality- Quality of the submission is considered before selecting the same for publishing on our Website. Additionally, the tone, coherence and grammatical correctness is also considered.

3. Relevance- Since LegalBots.in is a platform dedicated to law students and professionals, the submissions should hold some relevance and add some value to the readers from the legal fraternity.

iv. Editing prior to the publication

We reserve the right to proofread and edit (if required) your submission prior to its publication. At any point of time, we reserve the discretion to reject an article, if found unsuitable for any reason or so.

v. Ownership of the submission

BizBots.in does not retain any copyright over the submissions. The Contributor is free to publish on other platforms, subject to their guidelines. However, BizBots.in is not obligated to retain the submissions and may delete them at its discretion. BizBots.in also retains the right to share the submission, once published on the Website, on social media.

g. Discussion Forum

We request that every new and existing Applicant read, agree to and abide by our Discussion Forum rules below and the other terms in this Terms of Use before using this Service. Please read carefully before participating. Your use of the Discussion Forum will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms of Use.

i. In this Terms of Use, unless context specifically requires, ‘Discussion Forum’ (also referred to as the ‘Forum’) refers to the platform on LegalBots.in, made for Applicants.

ii. The purpose of the Forum is to provide a platform for Applicants to discuss topics and questions strictly related to law and careers in law, including topics related to law degrees, law universities, job interviews, etc. If any discussion is found to be irrelevant for the Indian legal community or our Users, it may be removed from the Website without notice to the author.

iii. Do not post any copyrighted material- You agree not to post or upload material on the Discussion Forum unless it is yours, you have consent from the copyright owner or you know the material is public domain. This might also include graphical representations such as charts and tables from other websites, which may have a unique HTML or other code from another website.

iv. No advertising, selling and soliciting is allowed unless specifically agreed upon- No advertising, solicitations, trading of goods or services, or other commercial activities are allowed in the Forum, unless it is specifically agreed with us. No bulk messages, spam, or repeat postings of the same message are permitted.

v. Do not post inappropriate content- You agree not to post anything which is false, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually-oriented, invading someone's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.

vi. Reporting offensive material- If you come across any offensive material on the Forum, please report it through the ‘Contact us’ page.

vii. Removal of the inappropriate content and suspension of accounts- We reserve the right to remove content which is offensive in nature, or otherwise violative of this Terms of Use. Additionally, strict steps would be initiated against the violators, including suspension of account and other suitable actions. Please be informed that the IP address is recorded with each post and this may be used while banning a particular member due to any reason.

viii. Make sure that the decorum is maintained- Consider these online discussions as those in person, and make sure that the decorum is maintained. Abstain from using any foul language or spreading any type of hatred. Everyone is expected to follow certain etiquettes, which are necessary to keep the atmosphere of the Forum healthy and conducive. We believe in free expression of a variety of viewpoints and critical discussion of all ideas. Your experience is bound only by a set of common-sense rules that ask you to be civil and show respect for others when you are online.

ix. Material posted on the Forum are not endorsed by the Website- We, at LegalBots.in don’t guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information posted by Members. Messages posted in the Forum do not necessarily reflect the views of the management. Messages posted on this Website by Members express the views of the author only.

x. You are responsible for all the messages and content posted by your account- You agree to accept responsibility for all Forum posts, messages and content you post or which is posted under your user name. This Website does not assume responsibility for content posted by Members. The person posting a message is solely responsible for that message.

6.2. Specific Terms of Use for Advertisers

The following terms and conditions apply to all Advertisers. For the purpose of this Section, “you” means anyone registered as an “Advertiser” on the Website and accessing the Website in that capacity.

a. Advertiser Account and Dashboard Access

When you register as an Advertiser on BizBots.in, you will have to verify your contact information through the means stated in the Website while registering. Once the verification is complete and your Account is authorized by us, you will have an Advertiser Account through which you will have access to the Advertiser Dashboard. Through the Advertiser Dashboard, you can avail Services including posting of job/internship ads, posting of event and course ads, Application Tracking System etc. We make no warranty that the Dashboard Access will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. However, we will make all endeavours to ensure that you have uninterrupted access to the Dashboard and will fix bugs, if any, as soon as is practicable.

We reserve the right to cancel authorisation and delete your Advertiser Account, if we find you to be in breach of any of these Terms. We may also block you from creating an Account again.

b. Job, Internship, Course and Events Ads

You can post job, internship, course and events ads as either ‘Premium’, ‘Featured’ or ‘Sponsored’. Each package has different pricing and features, details of which will be available at all times in the ‘Pricing’ page of the Website. The positioning of your ad will depend on the package chosen as well as the time of uploading the ad. This is an automated process. Within each category of Premium, Featured and Standard, ads appear in the order of date published, with the latest job published appearing in the top.

We may make some formatting changes to the ads or make some grammatical or sentence formation changes, however, we will not change the substance of the ads you post.

You undertake to post only genuine ads that are relevant to the audience on BizBots.in which is the Indian legal community. We reserve the right to take actions including suspending or deleting your Account if we find your ad is not genuine or is suspicious for any other reason. We may also suspend internship ads which are shared by student-run organizations. This is in order to maintain the quality of opportunities shared on the Website. We reserve the right to suspend/ delete/ block your ad or your Account without providing you with the reason for the same.

When you post a job or internship ad, depending on the package you purchased for the ad or the option you select (receiving applications within BizBots.in, or to an external website), you may have access to our Application Tracking System. We are not responsible for the applications you receive through the Website nor do we guarantee the authenticity of the Applicants. However, if we do come to know of Applicants who are not genuine, we will take necessary action.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We may change, suspend or discontinue any of our Services. We may also modify our prices effective prospectively upon reasonable notice to the extent required under the law.

We do not promise to store or keep showing any information and content that you have posted indefinitely. You agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content or information that you or others provide, except to the extent required by applicable law and as noted in our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

8.1. Dos

You agree that you will:

a. use the Services and the Website for lawful purposes and comply with all the applicable laws while using the Website;
b. provide accurate information to us and keep it updated;
c. use your real name and real details on your profile and elsewhere in the Website;
d. use the Services in a professional manner;
e. let us know about unsuitable content of which you become aware. If you discover something that infringes any law, please let us know, and we will review it.

8.2. Don’ts

You agree that you will not:

a. Create an account with false identity on the Website, misrepresent your identity, provide false information, create a User Account for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another’s account;
b. Develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons or any other technology) to scrape the Services or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the Website or the Services;
c. Override any security feature or bypass or circumvent any access controls or user limits of the Website or the Services;
d. Copy, use, disclose or distribute any information obtained from the Services, whether directly or through third parties (such as search engines), without our consent;
e. Disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose (such as confidential information of others (including your employer));
f. Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights.
g. Violate the intellectual property or other rights of BizBots.in, including, without limitation, (a) copying or distributing our technology, unless it is released under open source licenses; (b) using the word “Legalbots” with our logo in any business name, email, website or URL or in any other place except where and in the manner agreed by us.
h. Post anything that contains software viruses, worms, or any other harmful code;
i. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Website or the Services or any related technology that is not open source;
j. Imply or state that you are affiliated with or endorsed by us or our affiliates without our express consent;
k. Rent, lease, loan, trade, sell/re-sell or otherwise monetize the Website or the Services or related data or access to the same, without our consent;
l. Use bots or other automated methods to access the Website or the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages;
m. Monitor the Website’s or Services’ availability, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose;
n. Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services;
o. Overlay or otherwise modify the Services or their appearance (such as by inserting elements into the Services or removing, covering, or obscuring an advertisement included on the Services);
p. Interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load on the Website or Services (e.g., spam, denial of service attack, viruses, gaming algorithms); and/or
q. Violate any additional terms concerning a specific Service that are provided when you sign up as a Member or start using such Service.
r. use any device, scraper or any automated method to access the Website or any data on the Website;
s. cover, obscure, block, or in any way interfere with any advertisements and/or safety features (e.g., report abuse button) on the Website;
t. take any action that levies or may levy (in our opinion) an unreasonable or unreasonably big load on our technical arrangement; and

We reserve the right to take any necessary technical, legal, and other actions that we deem, in our sole discretion, without notice to you, to prevent violations of and to enforce this Agreement.

8.3. Content Responsibility

The Website permits you to share content, post blogs, comments, feedback etc. but you are solely responsible for the content posted by you and once the content is provided by you, it may or may not be removed or withdrawn by us, depending on the Service. You are solely responsible and accountable for the content’s reliability and quality. You represent that you have the required permission to share the content.

In some cases (for eg., blogs), the content you share will go through a vetting process and may either be accepted or rejected by us. Approval will be based on criteria such as quality, relevance, originality and conformity with our standards and policies.

Likewise, you may encounter content on the Website including, text, data, graphics, images, information, suggestions, guidance, and other material, including information provided in direct response to your questions or postings (collectively, "Information"), that may be provided by other Users, Members or third parties. We make no guarantees, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, with respect to professional qualifications, expertise of the Information provided on the Website. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such Information.

The Information that you obtain or receive from us and our employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, licensors, Users or otherwise on the Website are for informational purposes only. Your reliance on or the use of the Information provided on the Website is at your own risk.

Please do not share content that:

i. contains ill-mannered, abusive, racist or hateful language or expressions, text, photographs or illustrations that are pornographic or in poor taste, inflammatory attacks of a personal, racial, or religious nature;
ii. is defamatory, threatening, disparaging, grossly inflammatory, false, misleading, fraudulent, inaccurate, unfair, contains gross exaggeration or unsubstantiated claims;
iii. violates the privacy rights of any third party, is unreasonably harmful or offensive to any individual or community;
iv. discriminates on the grounds of race, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation or disability, or refers to such matters in any manner prohibited by law;
v. violates or inappropriately encourages the violation of any local, state, national or international law, rule, regulation or ordinance;
vi. uses or attempts to use another's User Account, password, service or system except as expressly permitted by the Agreement;
vii. uploads or transmits viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files;
viii. sends repeated messages related to another User and/or makes derogatory or offensive comments about another individual or repeats prior posting of the same message under multiple emails or subjects and;
ix. is obtained unlawfully.

2. DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE ANY APPLICANTS FOR AND JOBS OR INTERNSHIPS LISTED BY YOU;

14. TERMINATION

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by stopping the use of this Website and deleting your Account, if you have one. This Agreement may be terminated by us by giving you notice. We may delete your Account on termination.

The following shall survive termination:

8.1. We will still be able to use and disclose your feedback;

8.2. We will still be able to display any content that you may have shared on the Website;

8.3. Section 8.2, 13,15, 16, 17, 18, 19 of this Agreement will apply even after termination;

8.4. Any amount owed by either party prior to termination remains owed after termination.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JUDICIAL RECOURSE

This Agreement will be governed, interpreted and construed in accordance with the law of India without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. The place of jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the Website shall exclusively be Bangalore, Karnataka.

16. SEVERABILITY

REFUND POLICY

1. No Refunds

If you cancel any paid Service, you will not be refunded, but you may still use the applicable paid Service until the end of its term which you paid for. Please note that in case of paid Services that are automatic, such as job ads, event ads, course ads, you have the freedom to start the ad and cancel the ad as per your wish. We are not obliged to restart or republish your ad if you cancel the ad prior to its expiry date.

If we terminate or suspend your Account for your breach of the Website terms then you will receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on payment of any paid Service.

However, in a determination to accomplish customer satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us for refund or any other issues through our email support@mycareerbots.com.

We will refund you back in the following circumstances:

1. We are required to refund as per the provision of law;

2. As per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time;

3. If the customer support staff considers refund necessary.

2. You can claim a refund by sending us an email at support@mycareerbots.com and writing ‘Refund’ in the subject line, along with providing a reason for seeking refund.

3. Methods of payment and refund

If your payment was made via a credit /debit card, your refund will go back to the same card you purchased on.

If your payment was made via PayPal/online wallet (Paytm,etc)/ bank transfer, the amount will be debited into your respective account used for the transaction.

5. Refund Cycle

Complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund. We make no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Users’ card/bank accounts. We give no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly.
