- Create compelling job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate talent needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities to the HR team and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activities.
- Make sure to conduct all round of interview efficiently and timely.
- Recommend and implement key innovation and process changes to improve team
- Performance.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Officers for conducting interviews.
