Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Support the development of high-impact business strategies with robust quantitative analysis and qualitative insights, ensuring alignment with Honeywell's investment and operational plans.
- Uncover growth opportunities and competitive advantages by recognizing technology trends, portfolio integration and expansion possibilities, and business model evolution.
- Conduct strategic planning and analysis, marketing/market research, and corporate business development.
- Lead competitive intelligence effort by providing regular market/competitive updates and establishing standard process and tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution. A Master’s degree is preferred but not required
- A minimum of 3 year of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or large corporation.
- Experience in a corporate strategy or corporate development role within a large organization is a plus.
- Business acumen with a proven track record of developing and driving growth initiatives.
- Ability to provide a comprehensive view of the market and competitive environment, and translate analytics into business opportunities.
- Capacity to independently structure and lead cross-functional strategy projects, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the company.
- Proficiency in storytelling: the ability to deliver presentations with ease and engage audiences.
- Experience in project planning, scoping, and execution within a matrixed environment.
- Ability to manage team members to deliver high quality work on a timely basis.
- Relevant Experience: The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or financial/marketing-related role at a renowned firm.
- Analytical Rigor and Structured Thinking: The candidate should be proficient in identifying, framing, and structuring strategic problems; developing structured frameworks for analysis; and formulating well-supported recommendations.
- Financial Acumen: The candidate should have a solid grounding in financial modeling.
- Communication Skills: The candidate should be capable of communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, across various levels of the organization.
- Technical Proficiency: The candidate should demonstrate excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business software.
