Responsibilities
- The Sales Trainee Program is a 9-month training program designed to cultivate and nurture emerging talent in the field of sales. The program intends to provide participants with a robust foundation of knowledge, skills, and practical experience essential for a successful career in sales.
- This program aims to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and real-world application, empowering trainees to contribute effectively to our sales team.
- The program will cover a wide range of topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques, communication skills, customer relationship management, and market analysis
- Each module is carefully crafted to provide a deep understanding of the sales ecosystem, ensuring that trainees are well-rounded and adaptable
- Engaging sessions led by industry experts will provide a theoretical foundation
- Practical exercises, case studies, and role-playing scenarios will be incorporated to simulate real-world sales situations, allowing trainees to apply their knowledge in a controlled environment

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Sales / Marketing
- 0-1 year experience in sales across industries
- Trainees will acquire a diverse skill set, including effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- The program will enhance their ability to navigate the sales process from prospecting to deal closure
- Through hands-on experiences and mentorship, trainees will gain confidence in their abilities, enabling them to approach challenges with a positive mindset
