Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Market research to identify the products and services (Other than certification) that are in demand.
- Make calendar of marketing/sales efforts and work with MARCOM team to realize desired levels of brand promotion and customer reach of DNV products in the supply chain.
- Promote Brand DNV and its services among the major clients in SCM domain.
- Take responsibility to mobilize the sales efforts of team of sales executives allocated.
- Develop job responsibilities for sales and marketing teams.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential clients, lead business meetings, and win business with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to DNV clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Add At least ten new clients to DNV portfolio year on year.
- Take responsibility for minimum INR 10 Cr 1st years sales value.
Qualifications & Experience
- MSC/MBA with excellent connect in the industry at senior management level.
- A minimum of 10 plus years of experience in SCM sales, marketing, and business development.
- Good experience in the Mid or senior management level in Supply Chain, Consumer Goods, Hospitality, or Service industry. Clear understanding of key pain areas for business, especially in the domains like supply chain, Safety, Process Control, EHS/ESG/Supplier/Sustainability/Social/Governance/Digital/Legal/Business Continuity/Cybersecurity fronts
- Ability to communicate effectively and suggest products and services that are appealing to business world.
- Excellent connects at senior management levels in the industry.
- Business acumen, Ability to research the market, Understand the trends, position products for the future.
