Partner with client facing roles as well as internal & external customers in delivering excellent client services.
Support, coordinate and prioritize daily work to meet service expectations.
Independently deliver accurate and timely retirement plan administrative services.
Complete compliance tests or government filings & services within prescribed IRS/DOL/PBGC deadlines and client requested timings. Prepare accurately and efficiently with minimal assistance.
Serve as a resource providing support and answers to questions for internal service partners, external clients, and auditors.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, negotiation, innovation, analytical and problem solving.
Requires in-depth knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures and company products and services.
Must possess an in-depth understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications.
Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management.
