Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications from Junior to Senior Level.
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting to Management
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/Social Networking Sites/ colleges etc

Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource.
