Jr Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Familiar with SDH technology & Hybrid network connection.
• Hands on skill for ECI/Tejas NMS including troubleshooting/rerouting/link testing/MOT-MoE.
• Awareness of Service/Network level basic alarms for sharing observation to NOC/Customer.
• Maintain daily activities and routines.
• Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.
• Quality parameters is also a key factor which should be maintained.
• Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day customer service operations
• Candidate should be flexible enough to work in shifts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in network (Transmission/MPLS)
• Should have IP knowledge.
• Good team player.
• Should have vendor product knowledge (ECI/Nokia).
• Basic troubleshooting skills on NMS.(ECI/Nokia)
• Good knowledge on IP protocols.
