Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Developing professional HR expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Delivers, manages, markets, customizes and helps develop the solutions, within a defined HR program/process (s) to meet business requirements.
- Works to understand overall business objectives and apply solutions to enhance operational performance. Ability to positively address human capital issues.
- Provides first level of support to employees by responding to routine telephone and case requests for HR-related services.
- Helps implement HR processes and solutions in line with established policies, practices and procedures.
- Responds to inquiries escalated from tier 1 agents (internal or external).
- Escalates issues further if necessary. Generates reports as required for use in client consulting or in the resolution of client inquiries.
- Learns to use professional concepts.
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. • Builds stable working relationships internally. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.

- Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures on BAU, Ad-Hoc and new scope.

- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Normally receives general detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- Custodian of all the regional Onboarding process from post offer acceptance up to 6-12 months
- Collaboration with all Corporate and Enabling functions wherever applicable to ensure onboarding process, content and videos are up to date
- Coordinate and facilitate all operational tasks associated with the regional onboarding and across associate life cycle viz., associate queries and ensuring all SOP's/ documentation including mandatory and statutory applicable to respective states/countries are submitted and compliant.
- Coordinate company presentations and product demos
- Exposure, Experience and knowledge of HR, functional and IT Systems to provide a strong and consistent first impression of the organization and drive • • • Candidate/Associate engagement consistently.
- Experience in filtering and updating complex functional knowledge for use in problem/ resolution
- Reports and discusses with concerned teams, regional HRSS lead and Onboarding lead for guidance wherever necessary
- Handle end to end onboarding experience for new joiners - from pre-onboarding engagement to post employment experience
- Coordinate with IT admin teams to ensure timely delivery of welcome kits company assets to new joiners
- Deliver employee orientation sessions on Day-1 for new joiners
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to schedule required training sessions for new joiners
- Develop a deeper understanding of internal HR policies and act as the first point of contact for all new joiners to resolve any policies-related queries
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with defined SOPs
- Regularly update employee data on the HR system
- Oversee and participate in the client onboarding background check process, including assisting in the background check execution, tracking, and adjusting the process as needed based on any new requirements.
- Assisting new hires and management process including documentation, tracking, and gathering required information as needed.
- Managing Joining Formalities.
- Releasing Offer letters.
- Coordinate with Multiple Teams at the time of new joiners.
- Maintaining records through our HRMS Software (workday).
- Other duties as assigned or required as per business needs.
- Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up and guide to relevant functional teams or spocs
- Prepare, plan and process to execute end to end Onboarding actions across all personas and completion of requests within TAT
- Hands on experience and fair understanding of all HCM, Benefits, Disability, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding actions

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Good problem solving and client interaction skills
- Good Knowledge of MS-Office, process flow creation using online platforms
- Punctual, flexible, adaptable and drive can do attitude
- Ability to be flexible, agile with Strong time management skills
- An eye for detail and organizational skills
- Team player / Ability to work in a team proactively

- Queue reviews, take care of backlog, create backups, maintain to do actions, customer satisfaction surveys to ensure quality and efficiency of support

- Analysis and replication of issues faced by clients to provide best solution to clients in a timely manner.
- Exposure and experience in Onboarding, Disability, separations and HR Tools and systems across associate life cycle.
