Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Working closely with GSS HR Managers, Business Area Managers by guiding all involved parties through the process
- Manage a team (For APAC/MEA Region) through mentoring, coaching, monitoring performance and individual development goals of direct reports as well as ensuring necessary training is received
- Implement the recruitment strategies for dedicated Business Areas (Energy Systems and Digital Solutions) to drive business goals around the quality of hire, cost per hire, direct sourcing, time to fill, employer of choice brand
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates is generated to satisfy workforce plans
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with HR and Hiring Managers in relation to talent sourcing and recruitment activities
- Manage the relationships with recruitment and employer branding preferred suppliers and other external organizations
- Acts as a Project/ Process Lead for the local or global recruitment related projects
- Promotes service delivery and customer-centricity culture mindset
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the recruitment field (Preference for NON IT), with strong sourcing background required
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in team management of atleast 4-5 recruiters
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field (Human Resources related academic credentials preferred). Masters preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of Experience in the full life cycle of recruitment for APAC Or EMEA regions
- Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing strategies: Hands-on experience with LI recruiter, Database Searches and other Social Media – AIRS certification will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle knowledge will be an advantage)
- Recruitment Data Analytics experience
- Experienced in leading a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team driven by TA metrics and measures.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role - managing a small team, whilst delivering end to end recruitment in a busy startup or product company
- Strong experience in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders with the ability to communicate and influence across all levels
- Able to demonstrate commercial acumen, think strategically and make quality decisions
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise and attention to detail.
- Flexible and at ease in an ever changing, fast paced, and often ambiguous environment
