Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as PPC, SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn rate.
- Optimize website elements such as landing pages, CTAs, and checkout flow to enhance conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX).
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to track performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop compelling and engaging content across various channels to attract and retain customers.
- Manage influencer partnerships and affiliate programs to expand brand reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Implement customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing messages and enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and scale marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in digital advertising, retention marketing, website optimization, and additional responsibilities mentioned above, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and delivering measurable impact.
