Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Work closely with MCI colleagues to deliver insight in support of teams across WTW geographies and businesses.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a range of insight projects, encompassing a range of research methods and synthesising multiple sources as required.
- Utilise strong research and analytical skills.
- Collaborate with extended global MCI team in managing and delivering project outputs.
- Demonstrate an understanding of effective insight storytelling, ensuring findings have a clear ‘so what’ for the business, communicating insight and recommendations, not just information.
- Support development of more junior colleagues by working collaboratively and providing guidance and support as appropriate.
- Maintain working knowledge of WTW businesses, priorities, and ecosystem; connect MCI services and capabilities to key stakeholders’ business priorities.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of and familiarity with Bloomberg platform.
- Strong research and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyse and visualise data to deliver compelling stories.
- Highly numerate and detail-oriented; capable of working quickly and independently; interpret and combine multiple data sources and research.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders, collaborate with colleagues, and fulfil business needs.
- Experience in a similar role, utilizing a wide range of research tools, techniques, and data sources.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear milestones and meeting deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Self-starter capable of proactive investigation and analysis.
- Experience in driving operational processes.
- Ability to work within a multi-location team environment.
- Team player capable of working in the best interests of the firm.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in any stream.
- Outstanding academic record with exposure to Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or Finance preferred.
- About 3-4 years of relevant business research experience in an in-house research team, Captive/KPO firm, or third-party customized research agency serving multiple clients, with experience in the B2B arena.
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and its dynamics or sectors like Oil and Gas, Construction, Aerospace, Marine, etc., or segments like Talents & Rewards, Human Capital Benefits, and Risk & Broking would be an added advantage.
