Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of the team and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with team members to address strengths, areas for improvement, and career development opportunities.
• Provide constructive coaching to enhance individual and collective performance.
• Collaborate with team members to set challenging yet achievable performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor progress towards goals and provide necessary support and guidance.
• Work with team members to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
• Identify and address any resource gaps or constraints hindering team success.
• Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to challenges impacting team performance.
• Identify training needs within the team and coordinate relevant training programs.
• Support the professional development of team members through mentorship and skill-building initiatives.
• Generate regular reports on team performance for senior management.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment of team goals with overall organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4-5 Years of leading large teams in a fast paced support environment
• Good knowledge of Support tools, Lean/Six sigma methodologies
